Two-week Calendar view

Restore the two-week calendar view into the Notes 8.5 mail template.
 
I know that this can be accessed using the non-java view (click CTRL as you switch the calendar view), but that's not exactly user-friendly.
 
Just put the view back, or at least allow the user to choose what views he wishes to use.

Of course, it should read "CTRL + ALT as you switch to the calendar view".

Not just this view, but the ability to see the Work Week, and Full Week as it looked in v7
