If you counter a meeting invite, the entry disappears until the original chair accepts. This can mean that if you counter an invite, someone else could then invite you for a meeting during the time that you countered the 1st invite with, which can cause a conflict, particularly if the original chair isn't able to respond quickly.
How about if Notes actually put an entry in your calendar for the new time that you proposed? This would mean that you are able to track which meetings you have countered, and others trying to book meetings with you would see the time as unavailable. |
