The menus scattered around SmartCloud should be grouped more logically.  In some cases they are redundant, while in other cases they are not in the menu where you would expect them.  See attached screen shot)

Pay no attention to the ugly theme chosen, the menu options are the point. Why are Activities, Files, and Meetings under the Apps menu, but Communities is not? Why are Notebook and To Do in this list, separate from Mail and Calendar?  How is the To Do List menu item under Apps menu different from th To Do menu item in the same menu and how are they different from the To Do icon in iNotes? Why are the icons in the top left corner of iNotes what they are?
I mean, I know they are a part of the iNotes experience separate from SmartCloud, but it creates a disconnected feeling.
Why do I just get another tab in iNotes if I choose Mail Contacts from the People menu while I get a whole new page if I choose My Contacts (which are my SmartCloud Connections Contacts) from the same menu?

Technically speaking, I completely understand the origins of all of these and how they came to be what they are.  But to the typical end user it is very confusing. I want one smoothly flowing ecosystem.

I suggest making these menu options more intuitive and seamless between SmartCloud components.  The current site reminds me of the older version of Passport Advantage ( http://thenotesguyinseattle.com/2011/08/09/ibm_passport_advantage/ )  Not the face you want to present to people comparing to solutions like Google Apps
