It would be reallt cool if we could have a "one-Click" way of setting an administrative assistant for a mail file which would include not only mail processing, calendar processing, contacts processing, but also out-of-office settings. I don't know how many times I've had calls where a boss has left the office without setting the out-of-office agent and then I have to go in and fix.

I have a client where there is a very high ratio of assistants. These people have a very distinctive profile worthy of being recognized within the Notes client for which something such as this idea to make setup easier.
