First, add a context (right click) menu for dialog boxes. Then add an entry for context-sensitive help to the context menu, (i.e. "What's this?") There used to be a tiny question mark in the top of all dialogs that could be clicked on for help. That is gone. You can still press F1, but there are no visual cues to know to press F1, you cannot click on the help menu in the main window while the dialog box is open and for mouse-driven users, they have no option to get help.

I agree it would make the UI more complete. But with a background as technical writer, I would not spend too much effort on it: Pearls before swine. Not many users will explore the help texts hidden away behind right-click menus.

Why did they take the help button out? It was already there.
