It would be great if you could drag a (Oracle / DB2) table name (say from PL/SQL Developer) and drop it over an LEI object instance (LEI Administrator DB, LEI connection doc,.... ) and have it autoload the "Owner", "Name" and "Fields" on the connection doc. Prompt for the user name, password, Host String and connector version.

Same to drag and drop a Notes database over an LEI object instance (LEI Administrator DB, LEI connection doc,.... ) and autoload the Notes server and database .

Save the connections with a default name (ie.. RDBMS Table.) Would be a cool demo. This may be part of the DB2/NSF effort but would open up the reset of the RDBMS's to Notes via commonly used integration tools.

Perhaps use a subset of tools to control standards (i.e. PL/SQL Developer,...) to avoid chaos in toolsets. We have (3) development stages (Dev, Test and Production) each need their own LEI connections, activities,... so this would speed up new configs. Environs are Oracle based but I am approaching this from a toolset drag and drop perspective.

It would also be great to have a formula expression builder in the Data Transformation tab for Notes connections.

Just and Idea.... hopefully not riddled with problems.
