We had a suggestion that we had to pass on.
When double-clicking on an attachment, provide a "Print" option (along with Open, View, Save, Delete, etc.) that would cause the application responsible for the attachment to print the document. This would save a great deal of time for those people that prefer hardcopy to electronic copy, and wouldn't really be limited to email.

I'm not sure if I would like to see even one more option in this already clumsy dialog. Leave alone an option, that makes it even easier to cut down a tree.

So many times we have added this functionality into mail templates for customers and it is one of the most asked for features when I am doing end user training. @1 the dialog box is clumsy but we are not yet in a paperless age and people still need to print. I would like to see Preview (instead of View), Edit (no Open), Print, Save & Delete , Save & Link (where link leaves a url link to the location where the attachment was saved, and yes if they move the attachment the link is broken but it is better than no link.)
