User Activity in Database properties show access of users to your database. In mail, sometimes on would like to know, WHICH document somebody else read.
Even if you do not grant access to everybody, Full access Admins can read your mail.
I could imagine a $AccessedBy field similar to the $Updatedby, holding the last n names as a database property or Mail/Calendar preference.
It's paranoid, I know. I could not find it being illegal, though.

I don't see this as being part of the client as you can add the functionality if needed.
You could get something like SecurTrac that would let you see it in detail what was read, changed or sent.

#3 Mark, the paranoia is not mine, comes from a C-Level, fearing secrets could leave the company. And btw, I found a local shrink, but he said, I should send my "friend" :-). Problem with Tools\Find Local Psychologist is the lacking Tools\LocalAwarenessOn feature, though.
