Text to Columns Needed

Nothing I use more often when manipulating data but just don't see it in Symphony. Openoffice has it as a plugin or built-in.
If I have missedthe plugin or an option, let me know but if not, please add this.

Open excel and use it to understand better.
But basically if i have the following in a field:

1234 South main street montego, jamaica 34567

I want it to be spread out over multiple columns, perhaps by a comma or a space or a tab.

This way bulk data can easily be sorted(well sorted better) and made use of.
otherwise I have to cut/paste this out numerous times.

Ask any secretary about mail merges, you'll get an earful all right.
