From an Outlook user I came across :
When you are writing a new message, you cannot drag and drop an existing message into it (like an EML for instance). Instead it creates a doc link which is very annoying because not readble for external people and needs to open the access to your mailbox to be effective... Copy-pasting ? Are you kidding me ? ;-)

What if you want to integrate the content of ... 2 e-mails? ;-)
When you are typing an e-mail you may want to refer to a series of mails. Working with an EML file would also simplify the lay-out and keep a clearer structure as mails can become rather long sometimes.

It would be great to be able to drag and drop selected email messages into a new email as eml attachments. Today you can do this by first dragging the mail to your desktop then dragging them into a message. Eliminate the extra step and ex outlook users will be much happier. Even notes users will find times where this will be a better alternative to forwarding...

Creating attachments when you drag a file in RTF - normal behavior for the Lotus Notes, so I'm going against, if you make an exception for one particular file.
But I would have voted if the opportunity to add when you drag and, for example, pressing Ctrl, embed content, and not to create the attachment.
