It would be nice to have the name change process in Notes via AdminP to have the ability to update the contact lists and the primary user in Sametime also, instead of having to use the separate name change process for Sametime or the Name Conversion Utility.

This feature is now part of Sametime 8.0.1. Idea has been marked as completed.
Update
I don't consider this complete since this feature is only for Domino Directory authentication. Those that use LDAP to authenticate with for Sametime are still stuck here.

Name changes are now possible with Sametime 8.5.1 without having to run the name change tool. You now only need to change the field attribute that handles the name (ex. dominounid)
