How about a certification path for crash and performance troubleshooting issues.
Although the admin path is on setting up your server, it doesn't really cover low level troubleshooting involved to find the root cause in crashes or performance issues (not always directly related to Notes/Domino).
Some points to cover.
Server + Client
- How to read it
- What to look for.
- Common Debug settings. (impact, results) .
- Common Design Performance
- Understanding common areas of NSF (eg. IDTable, UNKTable, NIF).
- Corruption issues
- Server / Client settings in various functional areas.
Probably some more that can be added.
The thinking behind this is that when such an issue occurs often admins learn as they go (Tech Notes, trial and error, Redbooks). Having this knowledge+Certifcation up front means if at least you can't solve the issue, you can self diagnose faster saving time dealing with support.
