It would be nice to have items which are marked for follow-up to not just have a flag but have a selection of colors to choose from to see them in the inbox.
Client asked for this because the flags are not noticeable enough on screen when glancing at it.
We worked around it but if one can pick a color for some email, we should be able to pick a color for a follow-up item as well.

Does not the Follow-up view, which collates all messages flagged for Follow-up, regardless of which folder it currently lies, provide what you need?

No, because users, well, think like non techies.
Employee/admin says she needs to know at a quick glance what is satill outstanding.
A reasonable request given we let people choose colors for c/s, who an email is from etc..
I made the items highlighted for her.
