There are a few navigators that would be useful to always have one click away. The whole section of elements including inbox, drafts, sent, follow up, all documents, trash, etc. Currently these elements scroll along with the folders list and may get scrolled off the screen. I would like to see them fixed so the scrolling area containing the folders just scrolls the folders. See the screenshot for more detail.

For me, most of those folders/actions are not very usefuly. eg: I'm opening Junk very rarely. But opening folders of running projects often. Those are changing time to time as projects are starting or closing.
It would be better to let the user to choose actions/views/folders to build his own set of important links.

I don't use those much either (I never use stationery or rules) and use my folders extensively, sometimes not having enough space to display them without allowing the top part to scroll off the top of the screen.
So, I'm with Zoltan. If you want something "stickied", it should have a default, but be changeable by the user.

I would like to see INBOX,SENT,ALL DOC fixed and rest of the in scrolling area containing the folders and other stuff .
