DB defined keyboard shortcuts

Make it possible to add keyboard shortcuts to the view, db and document context.
 
Examples:
  • shortcut in document, which advances the document in the approval workflow
  • view/DB: shortcut, which will launch an agent, which does something with the current document

I'll support this one, as long as global shortcuts cannot be overwritten. Different shortcuts in one environment will confuse the user...

@Theo: is that better?

In recent(?) versions, we have the possibility to add to the right click menu, now I want keyboard shortcuts...

Now I understand. I'm not a big fan of shortcuts. The user should 'feel' a user interface without having to learn another set of shortcuts, specific for an application. Unless it's an application they use the whole day, and those shortcuts will speed up their work, I don't see any use.
I can't promote it, but won't demote it either.

@4: I have such applications, which I use the whole day, thats where I got the idea :-) One example is my eProductivity mailfile. Haveing a shotcut for "turn into a action" or "mark as complete" would be great...
