Workspace update

after reading this post, I would more options to get my workspace organized:
 
- resizing icon size
- adding bg colors to my db icons
- mouse over effect, to give Notes some improved UI improvement (lighten up bg? thumbnail 'lightbox' effect of default db launch option?

Synchronize Contacts on Replicator Page via Desktop Policy

Option to synchronize contacts should be available in either the scriptable setup (ie: rep.contacts=1 in text file) or better yet, via a desktop policy.
 
Currently, on version 8.0.2 of Lotus Notes, it is enabled on a client by client basis.  For some reason, some of the clients have it disabled ...

Allow us to choose if the Symhony Icons will be created on the desktop or not.

The Symphony Icons will be created by default on the users desktop (all users profile). There is no way to remove these icons with the installshield tuner.
 
The problem is now... if the user has only user rights, he isn´t allowed to delete the symphony icons (because they are ...

Tag my databases

While other programs (tags2find,...) allow you to tag your documents on you local machine would it be a tought to have the ability to tag the databases on your workspace or installed on your local machine?
 
From a tagcloud then I could open a tagged database?

Now beagle is supported as desktop search engine. Now, it would be great to add Strigi/Nepomuk also to support KDE users also.
