Link Out-of-office-profile to Mail-file

The OOOP of Lotus Workflow should be linked to the out of office-functionality in the mail application. Benefit for the user is, he only has to set his ooo-state in a single place.

It should be possible to mark Activities for periodical (re-)evaluation of the participants to allow substitutes to work on a specific job. If a workflow is routed to somebody, an this person leaves office next day, the administrator has to react. Implementing the idea will recalculate the participants.
