Show birthdays from my contacts in my calendar

I have many private contacts in my local names.nsf. For every entry I have added details like birthday, street, ...
 
I would like to have now a button(Agent) which imports these birthdays into my calendar. Maybe it would be good idea to work with the contacts which are "Synchronized ...
