Usability improvements to 'Permanent Pen'

The 'Permanent Pen' feature is really useful, for the 10% or less of users that ever manage to find/learn it.
 
I would like to see the following improvements:
a) a clear visual indicator (perhaps a different cursor?) when permanent pen is on
b) right-click menu option to turn OFF ...

Running totals in views

Ability to flag a view column as 'running total', so that it would display a running total of all the data in the view.

Probably very hard to do, given the way the view engine works and the complications of readers fields, categories, single-categories, bla bla ... but it ...

How about a flag on the server configuration document to prevent creation of duplicate replicas on a single server? Or maybe even a permissions list to set who can/can't do this?

There's an option in preferences to 'Group documents from each application on a tab'. So all emails you have open end up on a single 'Mail' tab in the Notes client. It's a handy poweruser type feature.
