Notes Client / Contacts: Enhance recent contacts' management to clean-up wrong entries

Author: Mathieu Pape
Tags: recent contacts
Idea:

Up till now the central management of the recent contacts is rather limited. You can activate some options via policy or use notes.ini settings (such as DPABRemoveRule and DPABRemoveRuleSetting) for instance but it is hard to clean-up or exclude entries from a central place.

I imagine 2 systems :

* a "blacklist" where you could put the wrong entries that have been detected to exclude them from re-appearing and clean up from all user's recent contacts (handy for large environments). This blacklist could be pushed via policy or set in the server configuration document.

* rule sets where you could exclude some patterns or characters (8.5.3 excludes semicolons but no colons for instance) in order to avoid wrong entries. Could also be pushed via policy or set in the server configuration document.
