Idea:

It would be great to be able to offer Outlook users the possibility to configure a Connector to link with Activities in particular, but also other parts of Connections - I know of quite a few people who would like to do this and it would really open things up to embed IBM Social Sofware.

The only thing I would say is that it is important to keep new and enhanced functionality improvements lead through the Notes client, but then to support Outlook as soon as possible afterwards. No repeat of the Connections AD support vs DomDirectory support please.

Also, I would like to see support for Mail.app on the Mac to follow...

Comment: If we could also have some kind of generic IMAP interface so other mail clients could participate (i.e. Mail.app, Thunderbird, etc) this would be cool too. It is perfectly feasible to use IMAP as an intermediary data store I've seen it used for synching contacts (ala Kolab).
