Multiple Fileupload to Files in Lotus Connections

Please make it possible to upload multiple Files to Lotus Connections in one Time.
Including:   
  • Taging
  • Add to Collections
That would be great.

And... be able to add a description to it. This can only be done afterwords. Tagging is already possible for one file, so I assume you mean tagging for the multiple upload?

Yes, I mean tagging, adding in collections and adding descriptions at one time for multiple files.
Like I do with Pictures on Flickr, Facebook and other Apps.

One very big problem with this: Quickr lets you pull in data from all sorts of sources. Because of this, it is NOT authorized to store SPI (Secure Personal Information) or IBM-Confidential data. Connections (especially version 3.0.1, to be rolled out Oct. 22, 2011) IS authorized to store SPI and IBM-Confidential data. Because of this, they want some eyes on the data that's going into Connections, particularly in the Files area, since there may be contractual restrictions on what kinds of data can be stored together.

There is an application that attaches to Windows Explorer. It lets you treat Connections as another directory or file space on your PC, making it much easier to copy files to and from Connections. Go to the IBM Technology Adoption Program site ({ Link } and download the "Connectors for IBM Connections Files"
