Support for workspace using drag and drop

Propose:
  1. Add the ability to drag tabs of workspace.
  2. Add support to drag and drop the file (nsf, ntf, box) from browser of the operating system to the workspace (the application's icon should be created automatically).
  3. Add the ability to drag and drop applications (nsf, ntf, box) from Admin Client to Notes Client Workspace (Jens Schwendemann).

also - be able to select a blank area of the workspace before adding an icon so it appears where you want it to!

Maybe an option controlling where new databases are put on the workspace is sth. to consider too! I'm using lots of pages and it is quite cumbersum to arrange databases the right way, without having the space between filled by databases I've opened...

Colleagues, thank you for your additions!
In any case, put the application icon in place under the mouse pointer. If this place is occupied, then put the application icon in free space, located right-below.
This should be supported and when you open a database on Ctrl+O.
