To have a window in Lotus Notes from where we can see all the docs sent and received recently and has fast search of all the docs.
To Add a box/small window which shows recent docs. This feature also searches files in the mail box with their name. The concept proposes a view box in the user interface where it shows the recent documents/files sent & received in the mail as attachment. The files can be opened by a click or can be downloaded to the system too.
Advantages-
This will minimize the time & effort in searching any important file amongst hundreds and thousands of mails in the mail box.
Instead of consuming a lot of time on searching the document in the HD one can directly use this utility and search it in the mailbox.
Improves files availability.
This would also provide for quick/advance search of the files.
