The Server Configuration and Web Site documents introduced in (version x?) went a very long way toward multi-server configuration from one point, enforcing cosistency to a great extent, especially in clustered environments where consistency is critical.
We need to go a little further and either extend the Configuration document to encompass to a great extent, the rest o the items in the Server document, eg. security tab, server tasks tab, etc
The endgame being a one-step process of enabling a new 'similar' server. In a cluster, this is invaluable, but also to a great extent in non-clustered environments where security settings etc are identical, ot close to.

Excellent. Non-default Notes.ini tweaks (eg Server_Transinfo_Range,NSF_DBCACHE_MAXENTRIES) should also be captured.
