The notes client struggles to render the complexity of the server document and configuration document. Poor old clunky :) It's not a size issue (my server docs are about 5k). This coud be easily overcome without breaking the rendering engine by using separate forms for separate tabs rather than lumping them all together.
I think this is generally a best practice item, especially since the tabbed tables get nasty when you switch between edit and read.
Could be achieved using Form Formula in the server views, or maybe something a bit more clever for this special area. Eg a "Preferences" style interface dialog with search box.

The dialogue just does not need; for examle: we see what has now become a terrible "Edit Location..." on the Notes Client.

I say no, because I often forget which tab has the items I wish to change. If I am now switching forms each time instead of changing tabs it will be a lot slower navigating and I have to comit any changes i have already made to the document before the switch form will be actioned.
