Designer Task to refresh from selected templates only

When running the Designer task manually, we should be able to limit design to refresh from selected template only. Currently you can limit by filename, directory, or by separate list file. Command could be something like this:
 
load design -d mail -t dwa7
 
this would refresh only those ...

When creating a new View, you can choose one of which will be produced inheritance. Exactly the same wants and the Form / Subform, since we have a very long time to configure all options again:
  • Action Bar and its properties;
  • basic properties of Form;
  • Window Title formula;

I would like to have a design element that is marked as Default database outline, so that when you create a new Outline you do not configure all the properties again, and to inherit them.
Much better if it was related to CSS as suggested here.

Drop (or at least Fix) the frickin' 'Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify'

We've all done it, copied a design element from a db with a template and said 'No' to the 'Would you like these <elements> to be automatically updated...', sometimes to a new db, sometimes to the same db
 
And sometimes it sets the 'Prohibit design refresh or replace to ...
