Please update the look & feel of the standard templates?

When trying to sell Notes/Domino it'd be really helpful if the standard templates (Discussion/DocLibrary/Journal/Team Room, etc.) were updated to a modern Look & Feel and looked/worked work consistently between the Notes client and web. Maybe a little ajax-y?

Add Synchronize Notebook on Replicator page similar to Synchronize Contacts

In 8.5.1 we finally have Synchronize Contacts on the replicator page, therefore it would be logical that Synchronize Notebook / Journal be place there also thus avoiding the need for user to manually click menu Action - Lotus iNotes - Synchronize Notebook every time they wanted to synchronize.

Enable soft deletions for Personal Journal

Oh my god! I made a meeting report in my Personal Journal and by accident I deleted the document. Now I have no way to recover it since soft deletions is not enabled by default here.

Put this on and provide away to recover my deletions IBM Lotus!

I am not talking about local personal journal but the embedded journal that can be viewed on iNotes (I think those document is stored on $Journal view of the mail file). On iNotes there is an option to open another journal and be able to (at least) view those documents. ...

Add a setting to the setup policy settings to allow for the journal.nsf/notebook.nsf to be created automatically on first Notes client launch.
 
Add a setting to the desktop policy settings to be able to create the jouranl.nsf/notebook.nsf if it doesn't already exist.

Let Traveler store journal/notebook entries in an directory specified by the user

Today Traveler store journal entries directly in the phone's My Documents directory. I would love to see the idea of specifying at least a sub folder for my Journal entries. This would greatly reduce the clutter of documents from all places in My Documents.
