Never got frustrated when creating an email@example.com mail-in, people send mails with their own ID thus receiving replies in their own mailboxes and not in the info@ and therefore have information littered around ?
Not looking for a template replying automatically something like 'Your request is being processed...'?
A re-post of an older idea of 2008. We are in 2011 and the creation of mail-in databases is still like hell. I'm frustrated daily with this for different customers. Please no scripting solution here ;-) A few simple buttons would perfectly do the trick (see Martin's Vogel original idea).
